Samuel and Marilyn Hanft sold land with improvements known as the Glebe Lot to Ian Underwood, Croydon, for $50,000.

John M. Wilcox, Newport, sold land with buildings bounded on the east by Dartmouth College Highway leading from East Village to Croydon Flat to Jason Rook and Amber Corriveau, Croydon, for $150,000.

UNITY

Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union, Lowell, Mass., sold property at 51 North Slack Road to Patrick and April Bartley, Unity, for $41,000.

NEWPORT

Arthur J. Durgin, Bushnell, Fla., sold two tracts of land with buildings, manufactured housing unit and other improvements on Unity Road to Joseph L. Branch, Newport, for $200,000.

Clayton and Kellie Aldrich, Newport, sold land with buildings on the southerly side of Breakneck Hill Road to Ruth Waterman, New London, for $255,000.
