CAVENDISH, Vt. — On Dec. 15 at 8:05 a.m., Vermont State Police were dispatched to Main Street in the town of Cavendish for a disturbance. Investigation revealed an incident occurred at the residence in which David B. Horner, 35, of Plymouth, Vermont threatened physical harm to the occupants and caused damage to a door.
On Dec. 16 Horner met with State Police and was subsequently arrested for aggravated disorderly conduct, unlawful mischief, violation of conditions of release, and driving with a suspended license. Horner was processed at the Ludlow Police Department and later released with conditions and a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Windsor Criminal Division on Dec. 17 at 12:30 p.m.
