ROCKINGHAM, Vt. — On Dec. 27 at 1:50 a.m., members of the Vermont State Police responded to the Rodeway Inn in Rockingham in response to a call about a noise disturbance. Troopers located Jasmin Clark, 19, of Rockingham at the inn and discovered she had been consuming alcohol. Clark is currently on conditions of release, which prohibit her from consuming alcohol, and she was issued a citation to appear in court for the charge of violating her conditions of release.
She must appear at Windham County Court, Criminal Division, on Jan. 29, 2019 at 8 a.m.
