NEWPORT —Sullivan County Republicans held their biannual caucus, Saturday, Dec. 15th at the Richards Free Library in Newport. Republican Delegates elected the new State Committee Members.
These State Committee Members will go on to select the NHGOP officers, including the new chairperson, on Jan. 26th in Derry. Newly-elected State Committee Members for Sullivan County are Judy Aron, Mike Aron, James Beard, Christine Benner, Dan Benner, Spec Bowers, Kelly Caron, Mary Contaldi, Margaret Drye, Virginia Drye, Don Gobin, Tom Greenhalge, Keith Hanson, Rexford Houdyshel, Marie Lozito, Patrick Lozito, David Rourk, Steven Smith, Rodd Ward, Dick Wentzell, and Carolyn Urbanski.
These newly-elected State Committee Members selected the Sullivan County GOP 2019-2020 committee, also known as the SCGOP Executive Committee.
The Sullivan County GOP and outgoing Chairman, Jim Beard, are pleased to announce the newly-elected Executive Committee: Chair – Keith Hanson, Vice Chair – David Roark, Secretary (and Communications Director) – Christine Benner, and Treasurer – Dan Benner.
Newly elected SCGOP Chairman, Keith Hanson, said, “First, I’d like to extend my sincerest gratitude and appreciation to outgoing SCGOP Chair James Beard.
“For the past few years, Jim has shown tireless dedication and selfless commitment to advancing the platform of the Republican Party and supporting both the candidates and incumbents who work to make Sullivan county and the state of New Hampshire a better place to live, work and raise their families. Thank you, Jim.”
