Jane E. Darrah, Beverly, Mass., sold land with buildings, Lot 22 at Kolelemook Acres to Ty and Samantha Morris, Beverly, Mass., for $30,000.

Kevin W. Bronson, Grantham, sold property on Sanborn Hill Road to Brandon R. Conlon, Rumney, for $198,000.

Newport

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, Carrollton, Texas, sold land with buildings, Lot 44 on Lorraine Street, to Richard and Kimberly Nason, Newport, for $91,000.

Jennifer L. Seymour, Newport, sold land with buildings on the northerly side of Elm Street to Kyle Ranney, Newport for $177,700.

Claremont

Jerry and Shirley Bly, Claremont, sold land with mobile home on Red Water Brook Road to Tyler Lescord, Claremont, for $40,000.

Trinity C. Dix, Claremont, sold land with buildings on the northerly right-of-way line of Maple Avenue to Ariana D. Lascorsa and Ryan E. Graff, White River Junction for $132,900.
