SPRINGFIELD, Vt. — On Jan. 24 at 10 a.m., officers were called to the Mill Road area for what was described as automatic gun fire. On arrival officers determined that the gun fire came from behind a residence adjacent to several other residences. Stephan Crossley was identified as the subject who fired the weapon. The defendant was arrested the following day after an investigation was conducted for reckless endangerment, and possession of a bump stock. The weapon was seized as evidence pending adjudication.
Stephen Crossley was cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on March 12 to answer to the alleged charges of reckless endangerment and possession of a bump stock.
