Sullivan County Grand Jury indictments from Jan. 23

Jesse J. Ford, 27, of 4 Tutherly Avenue in Claremont was indicted on burglary charges stemming from an incident on Aug. 22, 2018 at 7 Potato Hill Road in Unity. Ford, along with Tyler N. Barry, is accused of entering without permission a residential building owned by Gregory Stone that was under renovation with the purpose of committing the crime of theft. Because this was done in concert with Barry and Jonathan Anderson, Ford is also charged with conspiracy. Both Barry and Ford are charged with removing construction equipment from the Potato Hill Road house and bringing it to Big Pawn in Newport where they sold some of Stone’s property. 

If convicted Ford could serve time in New Hampshire State Prison and pay a $4,000 penalty.

 

Tyler N. Barry

Tyler N. Barry, 26, of 13 Emerald Ridge Road in Newport is charged as an accomplice to Jesse Ford in the crimes described above. He faces similar penalties if convicted.

 

Mark A. Webb

Mark A. Webb, 53, of 7 Pine Ridge Road in Sunapee is charged with possession of several firearms, including a Daniel Defense DDM4 rifle, two FN Herstal Belgium Scar rifles, a Daniel Defense DD5 rifle, a Daniel Defense My Carbine rifle, a Sig Saur P238 pistol, a Beretta 9mm pistol, and a Smith & Wesson M&P Shield. Under a separate indictment Webb is charged with owning a Remington 11/87 shotgun, a Winchester .308 rifle, a Ruger Mini-14 .223 caliber rifle, a Marlin 45/70 rifle, and an Arsenal SAM7UF rifle.

As someone previously convicted of a felony — willful concealment and theft of something with value greater than $1,500 — Webb is prohibited from owning a firearm.

The penalty for this infraction is 3 ½ to 7 years in state prison and a $4,000 fine for each count.

 

Steven K. Sida

Steven K. Sida, 22, of 31 Chestnut Stree, Apt. G in Claremont is charged with recklessly placing another in danger of serious bodily injury. Sida discharged a Glock 9mm pistol inside his apartment, which traveled through the floor and narrowly missed the occupant of the apartment below. Sida faces a charge of reckless conduct for placing others in the neighborhood in danger.

If convicted of the charges, Sida could face 3 ½ to 7 years in state prison and a $4,000 fine.

 

Daniel J. Carr

Daniel J. Carr, 28, of 460 Acworth Road in Charlestown is charged with operating a motor vehicle after being certified as a habitual offender. On May 9, 2017 the Director of Motor Vehicles ordered Carr not to drive. On Nov. 25, 2018, while the order was still in effect, Carr was stopped on Route 12 in Charlestown while driving a 1998 Dodge Ram 1500. 

Carr faces the possibility of 1 to 5 years in state prison.

 

Willie Taylor

Willie Taylor, 45, of 200 Main Street, Apt. 3 in Claremont is charged two counts of possession of a controlled substance. On Nov. 29, 2018 Taylor was found in possession of a quantity of buprenorphine, a Schedule III drug. Taylor was also convicted of two drug-related offenses in May 2016.

Taylor faces a possible sentence of 7 ½ to 15 years in state prison and a $50,000 fine.

 

Loretta A. Doxter

Loretta A. Doxter, 41, of 190 Main Street, Apt. 2 in Claremont was arrested on Jan. 10 for jumping bail. Doxter was initially charged with willful concealment, her third offense, on Dec. 21, 2018. She and Corrina Carr took a chop saw, motion light, clothing, a welding table, and a shopping cart from the Tractor Supply without paying for them. Doxter has been previously convicted several times between 1998 and 2018 for theft, theft by deception, theft of services, and receiving stolen property.

Doxter was released on her own recognizance, but she failed to appear for her dispositional hearing as ordered.

Doxter now faces a possible 3 ½ to 7 years in state prison and a $5,000 fine.

 

Bruce E. Thurston

Bruce E. Thurston, 28, of 19 Centennial Street, Apt. 1, of Claremont is accused of fraudulent use of a credit card that was not his own between Oct. 3 and 9, 2018. The value of the property or services obtained was $3,326.02.

Thurston now faces 7 ½ to 15 years in state prison and a $4,000 fine.

 

Erika O’Leary

Erika M. O’Leary, 26, of 647 Route 31 in Goshen is charged with bail jumping. O’Leary had been released on personal recognizance conditions of bail for a violation of probation. O’Leary had been on probation after being convicted of welfare fraud. She now faces a possible 3 ½ to 7 year term in state prison and a $5,000 fine.

 

Neville Walker

Neville Walker, 28, currently at 103 County Farm Road, Unity, the Sullivan County House of Corrections, is charged with stealing the currency in the tip jar at the Red Barn Café in Claremont and with taking an iPhone worth $750. Walker committed the theft while released on bail for another offense. He now faces 12 months in jail and a $2,000 fine for each theft.

 

Charlie Mallory

Charlie Mallory, 42, of 18 Spofford Street in Claremont is charged with receiving stolen property on Dec. 2. The item in question is a white Jeep Cherokee. It is alleged that Mallory accepted the vehicle in spite of knowing it was stolen. The jeep is said to be worth between $1,373 and $1,424.

On Jan. 10 Mallory failed to appear in court for his dispositional hearing. He had been released on $500 bail.

Mallory now faces 3 ½ to 7 years in state prison and a $5,000 fine. 

 

Kerri Yaqoob

Kerri Yaqoob, 28, of 59 Centennial Street in Claremont had been charged with possession of fentanyl, a Schedule II controlled drug, on July 11, 2018. On June 3, 2018 Yaqoob had been found in possession of heroin, a Schedule I controlled drug, and fentanyl. On Jan. 14 Yaqoob was in Southern State Correction Facility in Springfield, Vermont when she was served with several warrants from Windham and Windsor counties. On Jan. 19 Yaqoob escaped from custody after having been arrested by a Sullivan County sheriff’s deputy. 

Yaqoob faces the possibility of 3 ½ to 7 years in state prison and a $25,000 fine.

 

Dante Parrish

Dante Parrish, 21, of 333 Daniel Webster Highway in Boscawen is charged with forgery. Between Aug. 2 and 7, 2018 Parrish presented a counterfeit $50 bill to the cashier at the T-Bird at 595 Sunapee Road in Newport. Between Aug. 1 and 7, 2018 Parrish presented a counterfeit $50 bill to a cashier at the Rite Aid at 51 Main Street in Newport.

Parrish faces 3 ½ to 7 years in state prison and $4,000 fine for each count.

 

Geraldo Garcia (aka Cheimy Fernandez)

Geraldo Garcia, 36, currently at the Sullivan House of Corrections, escaped from custody on Dec. 23, 2018 after he failed to return from an assigned work detail. Garcia was recaptured by police on Jan. 3 on Union Street in Claremont.

Garcia now faces a possible sentence of 3 ½ to 7 years in state prison and a $4,000 fine.

 

Brandon P. Bryner

Brandon P. Bryner, 31, of 2535 Rood Pond in Williamstown, Vermont was arrested on Dec. 7, 2018 in Grantham in possession of a semi-automatic rifle, a .22 caliber rifle, and a shotgun. Bryner had been previously convicted in Key West, Florida for possession of cocaine, and was prohibited from owning a firearm.

Bryner now faces a potential 3 ½ to 7 year sentence in state prison and $4,000 on each count.

 

Robert Corson

Robert Corson, 30, of 28 Pleasant Street in Newport was arrested in Grantham for possession of fentanyl. At the time Corson had been out on bail since Sept. 24, 2018. Corson has previous a conviction in Maine for unlawful possession of oxycodone. 

Corson now faces a potential 3 ½ to 7 year sentence in state prison and $4,000.

 

James E. Trowbridge II

James E. Trowbridge II, 37, of 59 Church Street in Lebanon was arrested on Sept. 27, 2018 for possession of crack cocaine, a Schedule I drug. At the time Trowbridge had been out on bail for three days. He has previous convictions from May 2006 and March 2015.

Trowbridge now faces a possible 7 ½ to 15 years in state prison and a $200,000 fine.
