NEWPORT — The following property transfers were recorded at the office of the Sullivan County Register of Deeds during the week ending Jan. 26:

Sunapee

Nancy C. Hajek and Paul R. Martel, Cromwell, Conn., sold land with buildings at Granliden on Sunapee to Winrow Properties NH LLC, Wilton, Conn., for $347,500.

Jerry Guberman, Boynton Beach, Fla., sold Unit 24A at Overlook at Indian Cave Condominium to Ian and Claudia Kingscote for $600,000.

Sunapee Harbor Riverway Inc., Sunapee, sold land on a plan entitled subdivision of Osborne Property on the bank of the Sugar River to F.E. Clark Holdings LLC, Georges Mills for $361,000.

Claremont

Shante L. Bazell, Claremont, sold land on the easterly side of Sims Street (Formerly West Park Street) to Jillian and Andrew Ross, Claremont, for $156,000.

Cornish

Theresa M. Conrad, Cornish, sold land with buildings on the northerly side of a private road, which runs easterly and southerly from Route 12A to Sharona L. Sylvester, Springfield, for $146,000.

Newport

David and Helen Blaine, Newport, sold land with buildings on the easterly side of Cheney Street to Eric S. Howard, Marblehead, Mass., for $70,000.

Charlestown

Developmental Services of Sullivan County, Claremont, sold land on the easterly side of Old New Hampshire Route 11 to Campbell House LLC, Claremont, for $70,000.

David and Barbara Croteau, Winter Haven, Fla., sold property on Weeks Road to Caitlin Plummer, Walpole, for $135,000.

Brittney N. Baker, Charlestown, sold a 1969 Marlette manufactured home at Lot 18, Lower Landing Park to Robert and Shelley Daignault, Claremont, for $9,000.
