LEMPSTER — Lempster Community School sixth grade student Lucy Ash is this year’s Geography Bee Champion.
All LCS students in Grades five through eight compete in a preliminary round within their grade. In the championship round of grade level winners participants compete in front of an assembly of their classmates and teachers to determine the school champion.
Lucy will be taking an online test given by the National Geography Bee to determine is she will move on to the State Championship round.
