Jonathan Root, Claremont, sold land with buildings on the easterly side of Elm Street to Joshua and Amanda Osgood, West Lebanon, for $104,000.

Leigh P. Hays, Claremont, sold land with buildings on a plan of Winter Street Plot to Granite Properties of New England LLC, Laconia, for $10,000.

Curt E. Morse sold a 1974 Beaumont mobile home at 17 Fiske Place, formerly 52 Pleasant Valley Estates, to Sarah Lavanway, Claremont, for $13,500.

Brittni Diroma and Nicholas Cranmer sold land with buildings on the westerly side of Benton Avenue to Mark Davis, Claremont, for $10,000.

Donald T. Thompson III, Claremont, sold land with buildings to Timothy and Jennifer Barnaby, Tunbridge, Vt., for $155,000.
