ROCKINGHAM, Vt. — On Feb. 2 at 8:34 a.m., a member of the Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop of a vehicle on Route 103 in the Town of Rockingham for a loud muffler, a violation of Title 23 VSA 1221. During the roadside investigation, it was determined that the license of the operator of the vehicle, David O. Gould, 41 of Springfield, Vermont was under criminal suspension.
Gould was taken into custody and transported to the Westminster Barracks for processing. Gould was fingerprinted, photographed, issued a citation and released. He is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division on March 26 to answer the charges.
