HANOVER — The Dartmouth athletics department and NESN today announced the scheduling of five Big Green home sporting events this spring that will be televised live on NESN-plus. This comes on the heels of a winter in which the Boston-based broadcasting company televised 11 Dartmouth events on its two television stations.
Men’s and women’s lacrosse, as well as baseball and softball, will have at least one event shown across the New England region. First up is the women’s lacrosse showdown against Harvard on March 30 on Scully-Fahey Field at 2 p.m. with Matt Corsetti and Bob Lipman calling the action. The next two broadcasts, with Justin McIsaac joining Corsetti in the booth, will feature the men’s lacrosse team when it hosts Princeton on April 13 at 2 p.m. and Brown on April 27 at 1:30 p.m.
Softball and baseball will be shown on consecutive days during the first weekend in May. The first game of the softball doubleheader against Princeton on May 4 at 12:30 p.m. will be shown live and described by Brett Franklin with McIsaac providing color. The next day, Wayne Young and Bob Lipman will be on the call for the final baseball game of the regular season against Cornell at noon.
