WESTMINSTER, Vt. — On March 8 at 9:26 p.m., Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 91 north near mile marker 24 in the town of Westminster, Vermont for an illegal U-turn violation.
The operator of the vehicle, Daniel Kenney, 25, of Putney was found to be operating with a criminally suspended driver’s license. Kenney was arrested and transported to the Westminster State Police barracks for processing. Kenney was released with a citation to appear at the Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on April 23 at 8 a.m.
