WESTMINSTER, Vt. — On March 15 at 1:38 a.m., Vermont State Police responded to a residence on Church Avenue in the town of Westminster, Vermont, after someone reported being threatened over the phone.
Vermont State Police arrived at the residence on Church Avenue and determined that David J. Greenier, 26, of Westminster committed the offense of domestic assault. Further investigation revealed that Greenier was also in violation of active pretrial conditions of release and probation. Greenier was arrested and transported to the Westminster State Police barracks for processing. Greenier was transported from the Westminster State Police Barracks to the Windham County Superior Court for arraignment.
