“We are thrilled to bring an author of this breadth and depth to our conference to speak with our New Hampshire writing community,” said Masheri Chappelle, NHWP board of trustees chair. “This keynote address will be one of the highlights of our packed agenda.”
The 603 Conference, which kicks off at 8:45 a.m. is the NHWP’s signature event that brings together hundreds of New England authors for a day of master classes presented by accomplished authors, editors and agents. The topics covered range from character development to scene building and cover multiple genres ranging from comic novels to poetry to memoir. The workshops are intended for writers across the spectrum spanning from novice to published.
Not only will participants have the opportunity to hear from Gregory Maguire and attend three breakout sessions, they will also have the opportunity to individually pitch their work to a professional literary agent. In addition, there are panel discussions and networking time prior to the 5:30 p.m. wrap-up.
