We ♥ our volunteers

WILMOT — Calling all volunteers! The Wilmot Community Association (WCA) is hosting a Volunteer Celebration on Friday, May 3 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the WCA Red Barn at 64 Village Road in Wilmot. The WCA board is looking forward to thanking each and everyone of you.

Since its founding in 1963, the WCA has fostered community spirit and volunteerism in Wilmot. The WCA depends on volunteers for all of its operations. In the past year, more than 200 volunteers provided thousands of hours. The WCA board is excited to raise a glass and celebrate volunteerism with this great group. Volunteers have made and continue to make the WCA a vital part of the community.

If you plan to attend, please RSVP by email to [email protected]. We want to make sure we have plenty of refreshments.

The WCA owns and operates the Red Barn, a community center and Timmy Patten Park, a beach and playground. The not-for-profit organization provides facilities for entertainment, recreation and educational activities for families, adults and seniors and sponsors and co-sponsors a variety of programs throughout the year.

For more information visit the WCA website at www.WilmotWCA.org or follow the WCA on Facebook.
