NEWPORT — The following property transfers were recorded at the office of the Sullivan County Register of Deeds during the week ending April 27:

Plainfield

Mark and Sandra Horne, Lebanon, sold land with buildings on Route 12A to Christopher Laundry, Plainfield, for $450,000.

Langdon

Matthew Rose, Walpole, sold land with buildings on the easterly side of Drewsville Road to Rice Tree Service, Westminster, for $100,000.

Charlestown

Cairns Brothers Realty Partnership LLP, South Burlington, sold land with buildings on the westerly side of Main Street to T. Cobb Services LLC, for $145,000.

Sunapee

Clifford Field, Sunapee, sold land on Ryder Corner Road to Michelle Barney, 65719 Hofheim am Taunus, Germany, for $65,000.

Claremont

PNC Bank National Association, Pittsburgh, Pa., sold property at 2 Highland View Road to Kevin Z. Steel, Charlestown, for $69,500.

Kevin Breault, Claremont, executor of the estate under the will of Mary Zombeck, sold right, title and interest to land on Spring Street to Randy Sr. and Robin Stankevich, Claremont, for $35,000.

Richard and Patricia Spence, Springfield, sold land on the northerly side of South Street to 92 South St. LLC, Claremont, for $100,000.

Jennifer M. Connely Amell, Claremont, sold land with building at 213 Main St. to Trisha Colburn, Claremont, for $95,000.

Springfield

Ellen N. Palmer, New London, sold land with buildings on the southwesterly side of Town Farm Road also known as Howard Road to Daniel and Jasmine Spear, Newport, for $206,000.

Grantham

Laura L. Nagy and Jeanne M. West, Grantham, sold land at Deeryard, Section 3, Eastman, to Susan Terwilliger, Michael Terwilliger and Joanne Terwilliger, Georgetown, Texas, for $337,000.

Timothy and Christina Shakra, Ocala, Fla., sold land with improvements at Olde Farms at Grantham to Carrie and Miles Stetson, Newport, for $364,000.

Jennifer Rosen, New York City, sold a Condominium Unit at West Cove A Condominium, Eastman, to Dennis and Nancy Dobe, Contoocook, for $209,500.
