SPRINGFIELD, Vt. — “Dump Daze” Flea Market is now open for its sixth season. This fun, must attend, event will happen every Saturday, weather permitting, and will not close until snow flies. It is located on the spacious lawn of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, 33 Fairground Road in Springfield, Vermont. The market will open when the first dealer arrives and close when the last dealer leaves. There is ample parking as well as rest rooms. “Dump Daze”’s prime location, on the route to the area’s recycling center, guarantees heavy Saturday traffic.
The event is totally free. There are no entrance or dealer set-up fees. Rules are minimal: dealers must provide their own tables and chairs and cannot leave anything behind when they leave. Dealing of animals is strongly discouraged. Electricity, as well as special locations will be provided to any possible food vendors. There is no need to register, just show up. If you have any questions please call 802-885-2972. Be sure to leave a message and call back number should there be no answer.
