ROCKINGHAM, Vt. — On May 14 at 6:55 p.m., Vermont State Police arrested 25-year-old Victoria F. Thompson of White River Junction, Vermont after she was stopped on Vermont Route 103 in the town of Rockingham (Windham County) Vermont, for operating with a criminally suspended drivers license.
Thompson was subsequently transported to the Westminster State Police Barracks for processing. Thompson was later released with a criminal citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on July 9 at 8 a.m. to answer to the above charge.
