Don’t yell at the principal

WHITINGHAM, Vt. — On May 10, 9:50 a.m., Vermont State Police received a report of a disorderly parent at the offices of the Twin Valley Middle High School in Whitingham. The parent, Daniel Boyd, 37, of Wilmington, Vermont was reportedly yelling and swearing at the principal Thomas Fitzgerald, 63, of Lempster. Boyd was asked to leave several times, but refused to until the police were called. He did leave prior to police arrival. The incident happened in the office and there was no harm or danger to any students. Boyd was later located and issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Division on July 9 to answer to the charges of disorderly conduct and trespassing.
