ROCKINGHAM, Vt. — On May 23 at 12:58 a.m., troopers observed a vehicle traveling south on I-91 in Rockingham. Troopers determined the vehicle was traveling at 87 miles per hour in a posted 55 mile per hour work zone. The operator, Abdikadr M. Hussein, 27, of Springfield, Massachusetts, was arrested for excessive speed and negligent operation and issued a ticket for having no license.
Hussein must appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division on July 30 at 8 a.m. to answer the charges.
