WINDSOR, Vt. — American Precision Museum in Windsor, Vermont opened on Saturday, May 25 at 10 a.m. The museum features new educational programming for children, and scheduled, supervised activities each month.
Shaping America is our main exhibit that traces manufacturing history from the mid-19th century through the ’50s with machines and firearms, and the first Bridgeport machine tool (Serial #1), and a wonderful collection of miniature machines by John Aschauer.
The museum is open every day from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. including holidays through October 31.
Admission to the museum is $8 for adults, $5 for students. $20 admission for a family of four. Children under 6 are free. School groups are welcome with advance reservations. Call 802-674-5781 for details or visit APM’s website. Americanprecision.org
