NEWPORT — On Dec. 20, 2017 Lisa Robie, 48, of Claremont was indicted by the Sullivan County Grand Jury on three counts of being a principal accomplice in the sale of a controlled drug, buprenorphine, an opioid.
On March 7, 2018 Robie pled guilty to all three indictments in Sullivan County Superior Court. A sentencing date was set for April 2, 2018 at 1 p.m.
On April 2, 2018 Robie failed to appear in Sullivan County Superior Court for her sentencing hearing and as a result the Sullivan County Superior Court issued a warrant for her arrest. Robie is white, 5-feet-4-inches tall, 135 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
