CARLISLE, Penn. — Duncan Spilsbury, a rising junior political science major at Dickinson College, has been named to the dean’s list for the spring 2019 semester. A graduate of Kimball Union Academy, he is the son of Terry and Maureen Spilsbury of Charlestown.
Dickinson is a nationally recognized liberal-arts college chartered in 1783 in Carlisle, Penn. The highly selective college is home to 2,400 students from across the nation and around the world.
