Wayne G. Michaud, Unity, sold land with buildings on the southerly side of the highway leading from Unity Village to West Unity to Kevin N. Greenwood, Charlestown, for $128,500.

Cornish

Lori J. Dupuis, Cornish, sold two parcels of land with buildings on a Plan of Beechwood Acres to Maria and Jarrett Morgan, Lebanon, for $266,000.

Steven and Michelle Spaulding, Cornish, sold land with buildings on the northerly side of the highway leading from Cornish to Windsor to Laura L. Read, White River Jct., for $260,000.

Grantham

Mika Investments Limited Partnership, Madeira Beach, Fla., sold two tracts of land with improvement at Deeryard, Section 2, Eastman, to Scott and Kristen Bunzey, Grantham, for $165,000.

Britin Property Management LLC, Grantham, sold land at Olde Farms at Grantham to Heather Stearns, Grantham, for $24,000.

James and Virginia Neilsen, Claremont, sold land with buildings on the northwesterly side of East Green Mountain Road to Francisco C. Grippa, West Lebanon, for $226,000.
