ROCKINGHAM, Vt. — On June 27 at 5:55 a.m., Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on US Route 5 in the town of Rockingham. During the investigation it was determined that the operator of the vehicle, Eric Stockwell, 53, of East Dummerston, Vermont was operating a motor vehicle with a criminally suspended license. Stockwell was arrested and transported to the Westminster State Police Barracks for processing. Stockwell was fingerprinted, photographed, and issued a criminal citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division July 20 at 8 a.m.
