Crash reveals suspended license

LONDONDERRY, Vt. — On July 1 at 4:28 p.m., Vermont State Troopers from the Westminster barracks responded to the area of Thompsonburg Road in the town of Londonderry after a report of a single vehicle crash.

Upon arrival, it was discovered the operator, Michael D Farrar, 43, of Chester was operating the vehicle with a criminally suspended license.

Investigation revealed Farrar was traveling east on Thompsonburg Road, when he began going off the roadway. He attempted to regain control of his vehicle but he was unable to. Farrar then went off the roadway and down an embankment approximately 10 feet and into a stream. No injuries were sustained.

Farrar was issued a citation to appear at the Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division on Aug. 13 at 8 a.m.
