SPRINGFIELD, Vt. — On July 3 at 11:52 p.m., Vermont State Police stopped Laura E. Farrar, 33, of Andover, Vermont at the intersection of Vermont Route 11 and Vermont Route 106 in the town of Springfield, Vermont, after observing multiple motor vehicle violations.
Investigation revealed that Farrar had been drinking and was subsequently arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. Farrar was then transported to the Springfield Police Department for processing.
Farrar was later released with a criminal citation and is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windsor Criminal Division, on July 23 at 8 a.m. to answer to above charge.
