CLAREMONT — Annette I. Fadden, 79, of Spofford Street in Claremont, died Sunday, Aug. 11, 2019, at her home, following a period of failing health. She was born in Lebanon on Feb. 11, 1940, the daughter of Emel and Irene Ella (Hickory) Duplisis and had been a longtime area resident. Annette had been employed by Kleen Laundry, Howard Johnson’s in Springfield, Vermont, Hotel Coolidge in White River Junction, Vermont, and WalMart. Members of her family include three daughters, Debra Brayley, Cornish, Wanda Day, Unity, Lottie Fadden, Claremont; a son James D. Fadden Jr., Plainfield, Connecticut; two stepdaughters, Ericka Catarelli, Pinellas Park, Florida, Rebecca Rogers, South Royalton, Vermont; a stepson Steven Fadden, South Carolina; 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren; a sister Maxine Fish, Lebanon; her former husband’s wife Linda Fadden, South Royalton, Vermont; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two sons, Wilfred Fadden, David Fadden; and two grandchildren, Steven Day Jr. and Jody Fadden. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 18, in the Unity Center Cemetery with the Rev. Dale Louise Nicholas officiating.
