James K. Bonney and Margaret H. Bonney, Meriden, sold a Condominium Unit at East Lake Condominium, East Lake Drive, Eastman, to Mary Lyons Scott, Grantham, for $263,000.

William and Mary Lyons Scott, Grantham, sold land with buildings at Greensward, Section 1, Eastman, to Peter and Beth Terwilliger, Franklin, Tenn., fort $490,000.

Esther S. Yeck, Windsor, Conn., sold a condominium unit at East Lake Condominium, East Lake Drive, to Klaran Warner, Grantham, for $175,000.
