NEWPORT — The following indictments were handed up by a Sullivan County Superior Court Grand Jury when it convened on Oct. 23, 2019:

Jami Mulhern, 43, 8 Park Ave., Claremont, bail jumping Sept. 5 at Newport.

Timethy Athorne, 22, 9 West Terrace St., Claremont, Criminal Mischief, loss of more than $1,500 between Jan. 1, 2018 and Aug. 3, 2019 at Claremont.

Cheyenne Matthies, 18, 127 Maple St., Newport, second degree assault, DV, on release, Sept. 19 at Lempster.

James Perry 31, 65 Sullivan St., Apartment 3, Claremont, receiving stolen property, third offense, Oct. 3 at Claremont.

Michael E. Burns, 56, 54 Hanover St., Apartment 2, Claremont, seven charges of reckless conduct deadly weapon, firearm, Aug. 15 at Claremont.

Elroy Truell Jr., 54, 20 Oak St., Claremont, felon in possession of a dagger March 4 at Claremont.

Oliver L. Renehan, 58, 214 South Main St., Newport, reckless conduct, deadly weapon, firearm, July 24 at Newport.

Nicholas Santana, 29, 29 Chellis St., Claremont, possession of controlled drug/subsequent offense (Heroin), May 30 at Claremont.

Mallory Underhill, 34, 10 Meadow Brook Road, Grantham, theft by unauthorized taking, criminal liability for the conduct of another, between Sept. 1, 2018 and March 1, 2019 at Grantham, and two counts of receiving stolen property, criminal liability for the conduct of another, between Feb. 1 and April 6, 2019 at Newport, and between June 4, 2019 and Sept. 1, 2019 at Springfield.

Mark Avery, 41, Meadow Brook Road, Grantham, theft by unauthorized taking, criminal liability for the conduct of another, between Sept. 1, 2018 and March 1, 2019, and two counts of receiving stolen property, criminal liability for the conduct of another between Feb. 1, 2019 and April 6, 2019 at Newport, and between June 4, 2019 and Sept. 1, 2019 at Springfield.

Bradley Osgood, 38, of 9 Dennison Ave., Claremont, second degree assault, domestic violence, June 20 at Claremont.

Michael Hodgkins, 34, 18 Cheshire Ave., Charlestown, operation after certification as Habitual Offender, Sept. 25 at Charlestown, and witness tampering Sept. 25 at Charlestown.

Gary Knight, 49, of 125 Sullivan St., Charlestown, criminal threatening with a deadly weapon Aug. 9 at Charlestown, and falsifying physical evidence, Aug. 9 at Charlestown.

Dylan Halsey, 28, 1230 Route 11, Georges Mills, second degree assault Sept. 8 at Sunapee.

Alexander Gray, 24, 683 Route 103, Apartment 2C, Newbury, domestic violence July 24 at Sunapee, and criminal threatening with a deadly weapon July 24 at Sunapee.
