Alex Ager will debut at N.L.fall concert

NEW LONDON —Alex Ager, music teacher at Andover Elementary/Middle School, will make his conducting debut with Kearsarge Chorale at its fall concert.

The program will include Requiem in D Minor by Gabriel Fauré, with a chamber ensemble accompanying the Chorale. Also on the program will be works by Ola Gjeilo, Will Todd and Eric Idle.

The concert will take place at Wheeler Hall (in the Ware Student Center) on the Colby-Sawyer campus at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 24th. A silent auction for the benefit of the Chorale will take place before the concert, starting at 2:15 p.m., and continuing during intermission.

Tickets ($15 each and $5 for students) will be available at Tatewell Gallery and Morgan Hill Bookstore in New London, at MainStreet BookEnds in Warner, online at kearsargechorale.org and at the door. (Checks or cash only will be accepted for purchase of auction items)
