Five more towns get 2019 tax rates

CONCORD — Five additional towns, three in Sullivan County and two in Merrimack County have had their 2019 tax rates set by the New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration.

They include Andover and Warner in Merrimack and Cornish, Goshen and Langdon in Sullivan.

MERRIMACK COUNTY

Andover

Tax rate for 2019, $21.64, down from $22.94 in 2018; municipal tax, $4.59; county tax, $2.62; state education tax, $1.94; local education tax, $12.49; total commitment, $6,596,764; valuation, $284,923,990; valuation with utilities, $302,729,290.

Warner

Tax rate for 2019, $29.96, up from $28.62 in 2018; municipal tax, $9.99; county tax, $3.09; state education tax, $2.01; local education tax, $14.87; total commitment, $8,648,019; valuation, $279,869,055; valuation with utilities, $287,450,795.

SULLIVAN COUNTY

Cornish

Tax rate for 2019, $19.52, down from $21.99 in 2018; municipal tax, $3.39; county tax, $2.65; state education tax, $1.94; local education tax, $11.54; total commitment, $3,791,068; valuation, $190,560,683; valuation with utilities, $196,794,183.

Goshen

Tax rate for 2019, $27.88, down from $28.14 in 2018; municipal tax, $9.41; county tax, $2.82; state education tax, $2.06; local education tax, $13.59; total commitment, $2,001,519; valuation, $71,065,337; valuation with utilities, $72,770,087.

Langdon

Tax rate for 2019, $27.80, down from $28.39 in 2018; municipal, $5.96; county tax, $2.90; state education tax, $2.23; local education tax, $16.71; total commitment, $1,567,725; valuation $55,684,561; valuation with utilities, $57,217,371.
