NEWPORT — The congregate meal menus at the Newport Senior Center and Earl Bourdon Centre in Claremont for the month of December follow:

5—Pot roast, boiled red potatoes, spinach, fresh fruit

6—Baked haddock, mashed potato, sliced beets, apricot bars

9—Swedish meatballs, noodles, mixed vegetables, fresh fruit

10—Pork patty and gravy, peas and carrots, Parmesan rosemary, mashed potato

11—Chef’s salad, garlic cheese biscuit, Jell-O with fruit and whipped cream

12—Clam chowder, BLT sandwich, chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting

13—Italian chicken bake, rice pilaf, broccoli casserole, raspberry filled cookies

16—Baked beans, hot dogs, Cole slaw, fresh fruit

17—Chicken gumbo, peppers and corn, homemade biscuit, brownie

Senior 60 and over, $2 suggested donation; under 60, assisting a senior with lunch, $3.50.

Due to state and federal regulations, drivers are prohibited from leaving a meal without visual contact of the participant. Not Home, No Meal, No Exceptions!
