Sunapee drops 2nd game to Hinsdale (copy)

Sunapee had a hard time scoring against Hinsdale defense and lost their second game of the season to Hinsdale at home 63 -40.

The game was all defense in the first period as neither team scored through the first 4 minutes of the game. Hinsdale then went on an 8 – 0 run before Sunapee made its first basket. Sunapee closed the gap bythe end of the first and was behind by only 4 points.

Sunapee continued to struggle scoring in the second as the Hinsdaledefense made it hard for Sunapee to get off quality shots. The Pacers

increased their lead at the half and lead 28 — 15.

Sunapee’s shot still did not fall in the second half and Hinsdale increased its lead in both the third and fourth quarters and won the game.

Delaney Wilcox from Hinsdale lead all scores with 21 points, Fiona Nolan was Sunapee’s high scorer for the night with 15 points.
