NEWPORT — The following property transfers were recorded at the office of the Sullivan County Register of Deeds during the week ending Jan. 11:

Charlestown

Cody Jekubovich, Claremont, sold land with buildings on the easterly side of Old Claremont Road to Paul S. Roettger, Newport, and Robert Roettger, Newport, for $134,900.

Amelia R. Hamilton, Claremont, sold a 1972 Holiday Cottage Mobile Home at 9 Twin Maples Park to Michael and Michelle Baerhuk, Charlestown, for $6,000.

Kristina Bonci, executrix of the estate of Debra Prentiss, Feeding Hills, Mass., sold a 1979 14 by 66-foot Skyline mobile home at Lot 20, Morways Mobile Home Park, 20 Oakwood Circle, to Kenneth and Jodi Shipley, Jacksonville, N.C., for $12,000.

Jean Anderson, Charlestown, Kathleen Boutin, Bellows Falls, Ralph W. Ward, Olympia, Wash, and Thomas H. Ward, Ponder, Texas, sold four tracks of land, Lots 176, 177, 178 and 179, on a plan of building lots called Riverview to Alexander T. Mackay and Angela Edwards, North Walpole, for $124,000.

Reverse Mortgage Solution Inc., Houston, sold property at 37 High Pond Road to Charlotte M. Broughton and Anne Broughton Kraemer, Grantham, for $128,250.

Donna L. Heinlein, Louisville, Ken., sold land with improvements at Stocker Pond Development to Michael and Pamela Joy Stanhope, Litchfield, for $280,000.

Eileen M. Sullivan, Claremont, sold Lot 56 on a Plan of lots called Edgewood to Claremont Savings Bank, Claremont, for $72,880.
