Sunday, 2/23/2020

4 p.m.—Officer arrested Nicholas Ayotte, 22, of Newport on a bench warrant.

8:40 p.m.—Officers responded to a report of domestic dispute on Maple Street. Both subjects left before officers arrived. Contact was made with the female subject.

11:51 p.m.—Officers responded to a report of domestic dispute on Sullivan Street. Both parties

advised it was only a verbal argument.

Monday, 2/24/2020

11:40 a.m.—Officer arrested Aaron L. Gobin, 32, of Hartland on a warrant.

11:45 a.m. Officers responded to a report of domestic dispute on Whipple Road. Officer arrested George C. Catsam,II, 21 of Newport for criminal mischief.

12:18 p.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for male subject not feeling well. Patient

was transported to New London Hospital.

12:39 p.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for male subject feeling dizzy. Patient was

transported to Valley Regional Hospital.

1:10 p.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for male subject with low blood pressure.

Patient was transported to NLH.

2:13 p.m.—Emergency personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident on John Stark Highway One patient was transported to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and both vehicles were towed from the scene.

7:24 p.m.—Officers responded to a report of domestic dispute on Maple Street. Incident is under

investigation.

9:47 p.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for male subject with difficulty walking.

Patient was transported to VRH.

Tuesday, 2/25/2020

10:23 a.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for female subject who had fallen. Patient

was transported to VRH.

7:15 p.m.—Officer responded to a report of a domestic dispute on Country Club Drive. No crime committed and subject left for the night.

10:21 p.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for male subject not conscious. Patient was transported to VRH.

10:23 p.m.—Officers responded to a motor vehicle accident on South Main Street. No injury.

10:26 p.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for male subject not conscious. Services

rendered and no transport.

Wednesday, 2/26/2020

10:59 a.m.—Officer responded to a report of criminal mischief on Sunapee Street. Incident is under investigation.

4:06 p.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for female subject not feeling well. Patient

was transported to DHMC.

4:25 p.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for female subject not feeling well. Services rendered and no transport.

8:16 p.m.—Motor vehicle stop on JSH. Officer issued a summons to Michael L. Allswede, 43, of

Dover, for possession of marijuana.

11:23 p.m.—Officers responded to a noise disturbance on South Main Street. Services rendered and both parties were advised of the complaint.

11:52 p.m.—Officers responded to a report of domestic dispute on South Main Street. Officer arrested Jason Rice, 35, of Newport for domestic violence (simple assault).

Thursday, 2/27/2020

9:09 a.m.—Caller reporting road complaint on Unity Road. State Highway was notified.

10:29 a.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for female subject feeling weak. Patient

was transported to the hospital.

1:13 p.m.—Officer responded to a report of motor vehicle accident on Bradford Road. No injury and vehicle was towed from the scene.

7:42 p.m.—Motor vehicle stop on North Main Street. Officer arrested George Ottenbriet, 35, of

Perkinsville, Vt., for driving after revocation/suspension.

Friday, 2/28/2020

1:35 p.m.—Officer responded to a report of conduct after an accident. Incident is under investigation.

1:52 p.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for female subject feeling weak. Patient

was transported to NLH.

2:08 p.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for male subject not feeling well. Patient

was transported to DHMC.

3:40 p.m.—Fire personnel responded to a report of an illegal burn on Summit Road. Services rendered.

10:30 p.m.—Motor vehicle stop on Bradford Road. Rizwan Qammar, 43, of Claremont was issued a summons for operating without a valid license.

Saturday, 2/29/2020

1:33 p.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for female subject feeling weak. Patient was transported to NLH.

3:04 p.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for female subject not feeling well. Services rendered and no transport.

3:23 p.m.—Officer responded to a report of violation of protective order. Jason Rice, 35, of

Newport, was arrested for stalking; domestic violence order.

8:46 p.m.—Motor vehicle stop on JSH. Officer arrested Steven Colburn, 32, of Claremont

on a warrant.

11:16 p.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for female subject having a seizure. Services rendered and no transport.

11:24 p.m.—Officers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Parkview Street. No injury and vehicle was towed from the scene. Victor A. Branch , 58, of Newport, was arrested for

DUI – impairment.
