Mitchell “Billy” Ash NEWPORT — Mitchell “Billy” Ash passed away Nov. 29, 2019, in Florida. Billy was born Nov. 1, 1961, to Lorraine and Sidney Ash in Newport, New Hampshire. He lived in Florida for the last 14 years with his wife and children. He leaves his wife, Ruth (Michaud), son William and daughter Megan, all of Florida. Billy also leaves his siblings, Honey (Ted) Vaine, Elaine Van Dusen, Wesley (Wanda) Ash, Gene (Brenda) Ash; and many nieces and nephews who loved him dearly. Billy was predeceased by his parents; infant brother, Timothy; and brother-in-law, William Van Dusen. Billy was well-known for his mechanical expertise, his ability to think outside the box and he always had a joke to tell. Billy’s passing touched us all in different and heartfelt ways. Each of us will miss him dearly.
