Joyce A. (Bedore) Grenier CLAREMONT — Joyce A. (Bedore) Grenier passed away April 6, 2020, at the Sullivan County Health Care Facility that has been her home for the past six years. Previously, she lived in the Claremont community. Born Oct. 20, 1930, in St. Albans, Vt., the daughter of Noe Before and Leona Bovat, she grew up in Vermont, where she lived her younger years, later married and moved to New Hampshire. In her younger years Joyce worked at various shoe manufacturing facilities including 17 years at Good Year Tire and Rubber Co. in Windsor, and retired from the Sullivan County Health Care facility in Unity, New Hampshire, after 31 years. Joyce loved family, and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, she felt they were such a blessing and added much joy to her life. She enjoyed her friends and her home, spending time outdoors doing yard work and landscaping. She is survived by her four children, Gary Grenier and wife Cindy; Joanne LeClair and her husband Jon; Mary Lizotte and her husband Tom Perkins; Brenda Paskerta and her husband Richard; 10 grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Roger G. Grenier, who passed away 1967; three sisters, Helena, Catherine and Judy; two brothers, Chandler and Wilfred. She was also predeceased by two granddaughters, Valerie Lizotte and Tessa (LeClair) Newton. A Christian Mass will be held at a later date when gatherings are permitted.
