Lorraine W. Coutermarsh CLAREMONT — Lorraine Wendy Coutermarsh, 62, of Claremont, New Hampshire, passed away on May 7, 2020, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Claremont on Dec. 15, 1957, the daughter of Gordon Marcotte and Shirley (Ladeau) Partlow. Lorraine was a graduate of Stevens High School. She loved her family; they were the center of her world. “Grandma was understatement, she was our Nana and best friend.” She enjoyed talking on the telephone and her cats. She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Coutermarsh of Claremont; her son, Michael Coutermarsh and partner Kimberly Irish of Springfield, Vermont; her grandchildren, Morgan Husband, Amber Rayne and Aiden Barry, Alexis Dole, Logan, Wyatt and Jackson Coutermarsh; her father, Gordon and wife Pat; three sisters, Diane Hodgdon, Lisa Page and Marie Stewart; also four nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her mother, Shirley Partlow; and stepmother, Esther Marcotte. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
