Due to health concerns and group size limitations associated with COVID-19, it is ill-advised and impractical to operate large gatherings this summer. Because of this, the Fourth of July Celebration has been canceled this year.
We are optimistic that everyone’s efforts and resilience this summer will help lead to the return of large scale events in some form this fall and by next summer. We will continue to brainstorm creative ways to inject some community fun and celebration this summer, and hope to be able to provide a similar event to our Fourth of July celebration later this year. We would like to thank McGee Toyota for their continued support for the Claremont Fourth of July Fireworks display, and their willingness to work with us through this trying time.
