Claremont Senior Center News: August 1, 2020

Masks-wearing at the Center is mandatory during the pandemic. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and universal guidelines are suggested for all members all the time to protect you and me, we thank you for your cooperation and patience on the matter.

On July 20, the board voted to require that masks or face shields be required to be worn by everyone throughout the building. This is for everyone’s safety.

Remember, our concerts are great fun, we have good food, good music, and good company. We will continue to social distance. Next up in our Concert Series is Gerry Grimo and the East Baby Jazz on Saturday, Aug. 8, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. This concert is sponsored by Roz Caplan and Highview Century 21. Our concerts are outside because of the need to social distance so we hope for good weather.

Don’t forget to schedule Sunday, Nov. 1, we will be presenting our Winter Craft Fair. We will have a great variety of handmade items on hand. If you wish to join us with your beautiful wares, call (603) 543-5998 or (603) 542-5798 for an application.

The Penny Sale scheduled for Saturday, May 8, 2021, is still in need of items. They can be delivered to the reception area on Tuesdays and Fridays.
