Angelina M. Desilets CLAREMONT — Angelina M. Desilets, 88, of Franklin Street in Claremont, New Hampshire, died Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2020, at her home, following a period of failing health. She was born in Claremont on March 26, 1932, the daughter of Ivan and Leona (Descoteau) Simoneau, and had been a lifetime Claremont resident. Angelina was employed by the Eagle Times in the Circulation Department. She was the widow of Marcel Desilets who died in 2001. Members of her family include a son, Gary Desilets, Claremont; three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; two brothers, Joseph Simoneau, Claremont; Robert Simoneau, Newport, New Hampshire; one sister, Joann Greenwood, Charlestown, New Hampshire; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Ronald Desilets; two brothers, Ivan Simoneau, James Simoneau; two sisters, Maryann LeBlanc and Anna Hayes. There will be no visiting hours. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 3, at the Roy Funeral Home with the Rev. Arockia Antony officiating. Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
