Sunapee struggled to find the net early despite dominating possession time, but found their stride 15 minutes into the game and then started to find the back of the net often on their way to a 13-0 score.
Brynn Smith three goals, two assists, Abby Pollari two goals, two assists, Liz Tschudin three goals, Izzy Correa two goals, Sophia Varian two goals, Natalie Austin one goal, one assist and Sophie Hubert an assist.
“The scoreboard was lopsided but I was most pleased with our second half. We played with more purpose, more communication, just a better hop to our step,” said Sunapee head coach Myles Cooney. “The things we wanted to work on started to show, hopefully that will help us as we continue down the road this fall.”
