LEBANON (AP) — Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health is planning to develop up to 400 units of rental housing for hospital workers in Lebanon.
The Valley News reports the health organization last week issued a request for proposals from developers to design and build the complex on a 40-acre site it owns on Route 120, along the Lebanon-Hanover town line. The goal is to have below-market-rate housing units ready in 2022.
Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center is a half-mile away. It’s building a $150 million patient tower that will require hiring hundreds more medical providers and other staff.
