The Yellowjackets continued their assault on every opponent and on Monday it is was Division 1 Mt. Anthony’s turn. Windsor outscored the visitors 22-0 in the second quarter to put things away by halftime. Nine Yellowjackets would score on the night as they look forward to a huge match-up against Thetford Academy on Friday.
Windsor would place five players in double figures with Elliot Rupp leading the way with 20 points. Reese Perry 18 points, Adi Prior 13 points, Peyton Richardson 13 points and Ashley Grela 12 points would lead a balanced attack.
Terriers fall to 4-2 on the seasonCarrying a seven-point lead into the fourth quarter, the Terrier offense struggled mustering two points versus a tough 2-3 zone from Twin Valley. Offensive rebounding and lack of movement at that end caused some issues as well, “but credit to Coach Brown and his players worked hard all night,” according to Bellows Falls head coach Nate Haskel.
