Gary Hill WEATHERSFIELD, Vt. — Gary Hill, 67, of Weathersfield, Vermont, born June 17, 1953, in Claremont, New Hampshire, son of Stanley and Eva Hill, died May 10, 2021, at his home after a short illness. He worked at Claremont Junior High School for many years. He was the owner of Hill’s Painting and Services in North Carolina for 16 years. Gary recently retired and moved back to Vermont. He loved hunting, fishing, biking and running. He is survived by his wife, Suzanne; his sister, Cindy Spaulding; four children, Caitlin Rule of Monkton, Vermont, son Kerrin Carrol of Boise, Idaho, stepsons Eric Sargent of Burlington, Vermont, and Scott Sargent of Wilmington, Massachusetts; and seven grandchildren. A small service will be held Saturday, May 22, at his home for family and close friends. Arrangements are with Stringer Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 146 Broad St., Claremont, NH 03743.
