Springfield Senior Center News: June 12, 2021

Masks are recommended at this time for people. However, masks and social distancing are still required at this time for people who are not fully vaccinated. If you are feeling sick, or have had close contact with a person with COVID-19, or awaiting test results please do not come to the center at this time.

Our shuffleboard season got cancelled so we will be having a drop in shuffleboard on Thursdays from 1:00 throughout the month of June.

On Wednesday, June 16, there will be a drop in Cribbage at 9 a.m. And, on Friday, June 18, we will hold Board Games at 1 p.m. Nickel Bingo will be on Wednesday, June 23, at 1.

Appointments will be needed for the foot clinics. You can call the center to schedule one. The price for this service will still be $20. Janet Hunter, RN, will be offering clinics on Tuesdays and Thursdays, times will be noon, 1 p.m., and 2 p.m.

I believe with everyone’s help and following the guidelines, we can safely open.

If you have any questions about anything above, please reach out to Executive Director Lori Johnson at either (802) 885-3933 or [email protected].
