CFA presents Arts on the Green

SUNAPEE — The Center for the Arts is excited to announce the artists and craftspeople who will be at the tenth annual Arts on the Green show on Saturday, July 17.

Taking place at the lovely Sunapee Harbor green, the event opens for the public at 10 a.m. and continues until 4 p.m.

This year’s arts and crafts people include Josh Axelrod (photography), Barbara Barclay (pastels, oils, and watercolor), Debbie Campbell (oils), Kathleen Curwen (stained glass), Iris Fischer-McMorrow of Fischer Arts (photography, jewelry, and prints), Debra Grubbs (oils and mixed media), Jerry Gosetti and Judith Cullen of JJ Photography, Luci Lesmerises (oils), Ryan Lonergan (metals), Leila Meehan (pottery), Sara Petipas of On the Cusp Pottery, Victoria Sager (oils), David Tibbetts (watercolors), Sue Vachon (beadwork), and Tatiana Yanovskaya (oils).

Along with these fine artists and crafts people, this year The Kearsarge Conservatory of the Performing Arts will also be presenting a performance during the noon time hour.

“We are thrilled to bring this show to Sunapee Harbor once again,” said CFA Board Chair Jean Connolly. “The beautiful outdoor space provides an excellent backdrop to view the work of these amazing artists and craftspeople.”

The entire day promises to be one filled with exquisitely crafted and beautifully visioned works of art with an unbeatable backdrop. After spending time at Arts on the Green, the Center for the Arts also invites you to head up the street to the Livery for Naturally New England another CFA sponsored event featuring 50 juried regional artists in their one-week show.
