CLAREMONT — Bill Bundy has been chosen to be the new skipper for the Stevens Cardinals baseball team.
A 1992 Stevens graduate and captain of the baseball team, Bundy has been extremely involved with Claremont athletics over the years coaching multiple sports at all levels.
“I am excited and very happy to have been chosen for this position,” Bundy said. “Division 2 is always tough but we will be ready.”
Bundy will take over for Paul Silva who announced that after 15 years and more than 100 wins at the helm he will be stepping away from baseball but remain as the head football coach at Stevens.
